As of now, the following applies to:
NOTICE: According to Article V of our Chapter By-Laws all members who were unexcused from today’s chapter meeting HAVE LOST ALL VOTING AND INTRAMURAL PRIVILEGES until you attend three consecutive chapter meetings. You have also lost the privilege of attending the next SOCIAL FUNCTION, regardless of when it is. Contact Brother Klein AND Brother Rinaldi to complete two (2) house hours to compensate for your loss of privileges.
Officer Reports:
V.P. of Loss Prevention (Brother Hellwig): First, the kitchen storage closet has been re-organized and will be home to a lot of stuff from the kitchen that we don't need out there. Second, the shelf under the wooden island will no longer be a place to store pots and pans and those sorts of things. That area is for the Red Ox stuff. Third, we have a new dishwasher!! It just needs to be installed.
Lastly; if you are still interested in helping me do some house projects to prepare for RLS… then let me know.
V.P. of Public Relations (Brother Polevoi): Meeting with Phi Sigs at 6 at the Phi Sigma House. The committee will be going as well. Semi-Formal has been cancelled. Parent Weekend is next weekend. Alumni Weekend on the horizon. Corey needs people for the committee. We are still going to have an event at Two Dogs.
V.P. of Scholarship (Brother Kulisek): . Study Hour fines have been sent out. Remember to do your teacher evaluation forms. We had J-Board. House duties done February 25th. Do well on your first Exam
V.P. of Recruitment (Brother Stroh): We have 11 new guys. Good Job and welcome. Rush Shirts ARE Available. Brother Kettler brought most people to Rush.
V.P. of Correspondence (Brother Egan): John Ofenloch and Mitch Clark are scheduled for sober driver on Friday. Josh McDonald and Dan Andrews are scheduled for driver on Saturday. I will be updating the calendar
V.P. of Finance (Brother Annable):
A lot of people still owe money so please pay your bills. FAB will be next week. We need the Hy-Vee card.
V.P. of Membership Education (Brother Rosal): March 4th Educational with Delta Zeta and risk management. February 18th 7-9. First pledge meeting after chapter. Pledge period started on Monday. Congrats on new initiates and pledges.
President (Brother Klien): We found a burned paddle in our driveway. The neighbors have to return them or pay the Chapter 600$. Good job on Initiation. No ceilings.
ADVISOR REPORT’S
Matt Nelson: Vagina Monlogues 11th, 12th , 13th February. Key sections are being changed.
Dave Maguire: Snow kept Brother Maguire here. We don’t need to be stupid. Let us take the higher ground and be better men. Don’t talk about the issue in a bad light.

LTC Cumbie: N/A
Dr. Cody: Ducks Unlimited DJ’s Steakhouse April 3rd Doors open at 5. Farm King Incident, do not hang out in Hy-Vee. Treat people like how you would like to be treated. Do well on your first exams.
Old Busines:
New Business: Brother Kulisek opened Scholarship Probabtion. Seconded by Brother Polevoi.
Brother Koehne: Raised his G.P.A. by .7. He has been improving his G.P.A. His cumulative is 2.49.
Motioned to close discussion by Brother Kulisek. Seconded by Brother Polevoi Cause: 35 yes 5 no. Cause Found.
Academic Probabtion 34 yes and 7 no; Motion passes as Academic Probation but is still active
Brother Anderson: Problem making grades due to getting employment. Has a 2.31 cumulative. Getting extra tutor help.
Motioned to vote for cause by Brother Polevoi, Seconded by Brother Pauley. Cause was found unanimous. Cause: was found. Motion to vote for suspension by Brother Withmore seconded by Brother Annable 28 yes 15 no’s 1 abstensions. Suspension passed.
Vote to reconsider Jake Anderson 24 yes to 11 no. Motion passes. Move to vote to reconsider Jake Anderson by Brother Egan. Seconded by Brother Annable. Brother Anderson will be reinstated under academic presentation.
Brother Dietrich: Made some bad choices, feeling motivated. Move to vote for cause seconded by Brother miller. 42 yes 2 no. Cause was found. Move to suspend Brother Dietrich seconded by Brother Bateman 20 yes 23 no 1 abstentions
Brother Handyside: Set up classes to succeed. Brother Landmeier proposed Cause seconded by Brother Miller. Unanimous cause was found. Brother Polevoi motioned to suspend seconded by Tommy 18 yes 25 no 1 abstention
Brother Landmeier: Had a rough semester and family troubles. Brother Stroh Motioned to 33 yes 1 no. Move to suspended by Brother Egan seconded by Brother Straub 11 yes 31 no
Brother Mooney: Believes a lot of progression has been made. Motioned for cause by riley landmeire seconded by annable 39 yes and 1 no 1 abstention. Causes passes. Motion to Academic Probabtion seconded by Brother Vega 39 yes and 2 no 1 abstention.
Awards:
Clean Duck : Everyone who cleaned the after the Super Bowl.
Athletic Duck: Corey Polevoi for being a BAMF
Smart Duck: Jeff Straub for getting 100 percent.
Dumb Duck: Justin Stroh for dropping phone on his girl friend
Duck of the Week: Riley for finding Spinozzi’s wallet.
Good of the Fraternity: Sigma Chi Chili Cookoff Tickets being sold February 16-18 11:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. in the Union . The Event will be February Saturday 20th 1:00 P.M -4:00 P.M. Horrabin Hall Gym , Chi Omega Can Crush 8th, 9th 10th University Union 2$ for a can 3$ for a carnation. . Hoops for Haiti benefit people should have attended. Ronald McDonald Foundation good job collecting pop tabs. We tried to hold ourselves to values. Plus or minus is coming affect your grades. HASH for Matt Vanderjagt. Matt Vanderjagt will receive a bid. Money for Intramural shirts
