As of now, the following applies to:
NOTICE: According to Article V of our Chapter By-Laws all members who were unexcused from today’s chapter meeting HAVE LOST ALL VOTING AND INTRAMURAL PRIVILEGES until you attend three consecutive chapter meetings. You have also lost the privilege of attending the next SOCIAL FUNCTION, regardless of when it is. Contact Brother Klein AND Brother Rinaldi to complete two (2) house hours to compensate for your loss of privileges.
Officer Reports:
V.P. of Loss Prevention (Brother Hellwig): Menus due Wednesday. Sliding Lock dock was damaged.
V.P. of Public Relations (Brother Polevoi): Party was cancelled we didn’t not have enough of people for A-team. We cannot have any parties without A-team. Find out if parents are coming for Parents Weekend by next Sunday. Intramurals for basketball and bowling are due here. Sigma Kappa and Sigma Alpha Epsilon for Greek Week 2010. We can have a party from 11-4. Basketball team due this Tuesday.
V.P. of Scholarship (Brother Kulisek): . Study hours is sent out online. Talk to Kulisek if you need help. Bateman, Straub, Schmidt, Mitch new Academic Task Force.
V.P. of Recruitment (Brother Stroh): Interest Party Wednesday January 27th 6-8 p.m. it is mandatory, recruitment meeting, Recruitment educational January 26th 7:00 pm, February 1-5 is Rush week 5-8 pm. Hash immediately. Give names to Justin for Rush. Talk to Justin if you are interested.
V.P. of Correspondence (Brother Egan): Mail room will be completed by the end of the day. Contact me to change sober driver to make it official. Jordan Liles and Nick Lucania are scheduled for sober driver this Friday. Derek Gorsuch and Steve Edwards.
V.P. of Finance (Brother Annable):
- Bills due the 26th , any questions about bills talk to Sam . If you don’t pay you are going to FAB. If you are initiating pay your bills.
V.P. of Membership Education (Brother Rosal): Initiation at February 7th . Stu finished the Pledge program. Added two new requirements. Pledge schedule and requirements will be e-mailed on the list serv.
President (Brother Klien): Get ahead with your studies. Clean up the house. Academic policy was discussed about the academic probation about expulsion and suspensions. Utilize Advisors
ADVISOR REPORT’S
Matt Nelson: Clean up the house. Start overall house improvements. Please attend the chapter retreat.
Dave McGuire: If you need something that needs a WIU signature Dr. Cody can sign it. Thanks to people who went to Haiti relief meeting. Academic success is important. Try to assist E-board. Do not reply to listserv.
Drew Tingley: Pledges talk to Tingley. Tatum is 15 pounds.

Duck of the Week: Ryan Mason doing two sober drivers.
